Our programs promote fitness, positive use of leisure time, skills for stress management, appreciation for nature and the environment, healthier living and social skills.

Our Clubs offer basketball, soccer, softball, swimming, cycling, exercise classes, billiards and a host of other games. We teach kids the importance fair play, honesty and sportmanship.

Survival of the fittest!

In the age of TV, video games and computers, more and more kids are becoming "couch potatoes" and basically inactive. Sports, fitness and recreation promote good health, self-esteem, sportsmanship, camaraderie, discipline and a lot more.
